Mindset Shifting

What is shifting your mindset ? It is changing your subconscious thoughts in order to better align with your manifestation and higher self. This can be achieved in many ways but some that I like to use is meditation, affirmations, meditation and journaling. By shifting my mindset you will be able to work past your limiting beliefs in order for your manifestation to happen.

 

  1. What is the current narrative you tell your self? Be as honest with yourself as possible.
  2. What is the narrative you want to be true about yourself? Write down your life as if you already have whatever it is that you want.
  3. What is one step that you can take this week to start living as your highest self? Some examples could be journaling, doing daily affirmations, going on a walk, taking yourself on a manifest trip, meditation or spending time doing one of your favorite activities.
