Mindset Shifting
What is shifting your mindset ? It is changing your subconscious thoughts in order to better align with your manifestation and higher self. This can be achieved in many ways but some that I like to use is meditation, affirmations, meditation and journaling. By shifting my mindset you will be able to work past your limiting beliefs in order for your manifestation to happen.
- What is the current narrative you tell your self? Be as honest with yourself as possible.
- What is the narrative you want to be true about yourself? Write down your life as if you already have whatever it is that you want.
- What is one step that you can take this week to start living as your highest self? Some examples could be journaling, doing daily affirmations, going on a walk, taking yourself on a manifest trip, meditation or spending time doing one of your favorite activities.
