I recently got my Reiki Level 2 training and it was such a unique experience. I got my level 1 a few month prior and glad I got time to practice on myself during the time. Reiki taps into life source energy and can be shared with people to help with healing, manifesting and even past life regressions. One of the coolest things I learned about Reiki is that it can be used to help with manifesting. One of the biggest struggles people have when it comes to manifestation is being able to shift their limiting beliefs. By using reiki you can help limiting beliefs by tapping into the past and helping to switch your mindset today. You can also use reiki by adding it to your affirmations. When you are sending reiki to your body you can also picture your manifestation coming to life. Before going into your reiki sessions you can also set your intentions.
